Welcome back people,

My name is Kingsley Peace like you all know. And like usual, am really thrilled to always introduce myself to you guys because every day is a whole new awesome experience with you. Thank you for your time and your support and your everything…all your love and thank you for the comments down there.

Alright, yesterday we spoke about…I mean, we started off with a new program and well, what is called? It is dubbed ‘Proud Me’. And in this program, I recall it was meant to teach you how to produce excellence in every task even to you. Excellence, excellence, excellence – an outcome of excellence! Isn’t that what you want all your life?!

Well, that is what you’re getting now. Yay!!

Okay. Well, what are we doing here? Today, we are starting off with the first topic ever of ‘Proud Me’. What’s that topic called? It is called, ‘Unveiling the Ideal You’. We are unveiling the ideal us.

And, how’re we gonna do that?

About Topic

Well, let me just tell you what the topic is all about?

The topic like I said is Unveiling the ideal you and it is basically about the ‘perfect you’. The ‘you’ with the potential of attaining perfection. The you that satisfies every circumstance perfectly and achieves every task at hand. That is the ‘you’ we’re gonna unveil today. Yeah, the ‘you’ in ‘you’. Ha-ha. Kind of ironic, right? Well, maybe.

Alright, so let’s head up – how do I find the ideal me?  Yeah. You know, am ‘me’. I mean, I wake up every morning, look in the mirror, get myself cleaned up, put on some makeup or something if I were going out; and, you’re telling me to find the ideal me. Like, really? Seriously, am standing right there in front of the mirror…I can see my ideal self – so what are you talking about?

The Ideal You

No, no, no guys – am talking about the ‘person’ in you. The ‘person’ in you. The REAL you, men! Not this body you living in. The bible tells us something – that, we’re spirits and we live in this body. This body is our house.

Am talking about the ideal you.

The you without errors – the you without pimple or spots or freckles or anything on your face – or goosebumps; no, am talking the genuine and perfect you. The ‘you’ that shines in the light of God.

Now, we’re gonna head-off with the topic for the day and we gonna hit it right on the head. And we’re gonna rush it up a little as we progress.

Okay, the ideal you. First of all, unveiling the ideal you in not really difficult. It’s quite simple. All you have to do is just know what God says about you to find out who you really are. Many people upon the face of the earth are kind of confused – they don’t know who they are, they don’t know what they look like; you know, they have lived all their life with this mindset of what people say they are. Therefore, they undergo troubles finding out who they are – men!

How to Discover Your True Self

This isn’t a complex task – actually very basic, to be honest.  I believe our easy-to-follow steps made to disclose the truth about the genuine and flawless ‘you’ are –

  • lounging in your chair to get yourself in the perfect comfort zone,
  • getting that inner peace which creates the idea and perfect atmosphere to look down within yourself,
  • thinking over your life,
  • and meditating on the word of God concerning God’s thoughts and view about you (His child).

Soon enough, the revelation of yourself within this session of in-depth meditation would just keep flowing.

See, it’s all plain and simple. And if done splendidly well, you would be living out the resplendency of God’s glory upon your life in no time. Have fun discovering.

  1. Kingsley,

You mentioned attracting the “perfect you”. I am curious to know if you believe that each of us can be perfect or is this a metaphor for what we each believe to be perfect?

I ask this because many, including myself, say that there is no such thing as perfection and it is impossible to achieve it because we each have “flaws”. That is, while we are taught to strive for perfection through testing, our jobs, etc…, this simply cannot happen.

  2. Joel,

Am glad to see you 😀 . And yes, I do believe everyone has the potential of attaining perfection. On the other hand, it isn’t a metaphor but a reality that stands true to those that believe in Jesus Christ and the Word of God in the bible.

Oh yes, most definitely, we can’t deny that fact – ‘we each have flaws’. However, don’t you forget that we were imperfect, unrighteous, unholy, sinful, filthy, and flawed before God at the time whiles we were still sinners. Yet, He sent His son (Jesus Christ) to redeem, save, purify, purge, and put us in right standing before Him (John 3:16).

    But why?

Well, God wanted to give man life again (John 10:10). He wanted to give man a second chance – this time a chance to be his child. As man, had deviated once…twice…severally and is now spiritually dead; BUT, to them that believes in His son – He gives the ability to become His children (John 1:12).

Ephesians 2: 1-10 elaborates more on this.

So, Joel, what am I heading to?

Well, the fact that, as a result of our reconciliation with God (our father) through grace and faith – we are privileged to embody within us His genes and traits. But how? You may ask.

    Now, the Bible say in

    John 4:24 (KJV)

“God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.”

Likewise, that same bible (the word of God) declares in 2 Corinthians 5:1 that we are spirits (our true form) living in an earthly house (our mortal body)

“1 For we know that if our earthly house of this tabernacle were dissolved, we have a building of God, an house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens.”

As a result, Joel, judging from these two scriptures – it is highly possible that we are able to embody God’s genes and traits in our spirits. However, this is only relates to those that believe in the death and resurrection of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ (Romans 10:9-11) – to whom all power on earth and in heaven belongs to.

Therefore, with that point being made, we can surely and proudly conclude that to some extent – after being ‘born again’ (Romans 10:9-11) – we have primarily inherited a portion of God’s perfect nature. As the Bible declares even further in

    1 John 4:16-17 (KJV)

“16 And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him.

17 Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world.

And as you can see, the truth is inevitable.

However, there are levels of perfection. That is why God gives His children gifts to perfect each other from one level to the next.

    Ephesians 4:11-13 (KJV)

“11 And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; 12 For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ: 13 Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:”

So then, Joel, it is no longer a question of ‘can one be perfect?’ but now a question of ‘how does a christian, a believer in Christ Jesus, manifest that perfect nature he inherited from God (his father) in the physical realm?’.

Well, here’s the basic solution to that – “Communion”. One must fellowship with the Holy Spirit of God to a level that surpasses carnal limitations and reasoning. A level where His will (God’s) becomes your will and His word (God’s) becomes your every desire and guidance. This is known as an ‘In-depth Communion with the Father (God)’.

And for an even more incremental progress in growth, this fellowship must be consistent.

Thank, Joel. I enjoyed this. Have a splendid day! 🙂

    1. Wow, Pooja, I appreciate your activeness on the site. Thank you so much. And again, your comment was much appreciated. Yes, the ‘you’ that shines in the light of God.
