Stress effects have been so much overlooked to the extent that its death-threatening impacts are vastly not recognized. As a result, it gradually develops into a drastic tragedy. Luckily, to every problem there’s a solution and to every disease there’s a cure. And to every stress, there’s a method for managing stress.

Thereby, due to my heartfelt love for you, ‘Encourage NOT Discourage’ – with the goal of better improving your life and endorsing you as a perfect candidate to confide in, in time of help and comfort – gladly present to you the most effective stress reduction techniques to help you deal with stress.

When is the Best time to deal with Stress?

Sincerely speaking, this should be done within the next few days or week. You would need some time to let this new piece information (stress, the effects of stress, signs of stress, etc.) to settle in and some portion for you to reflect and consider whether you really want uphold this whole idea.

Coping with Stress: Ways to deal with stress

It has been crystal clear ever since we began our Journey of totally extinguishing stress – you’ve kept yours eyes on the price (the solution) all along.

I mean, what’s with the long lectures – why not cut the chase already?

Ha-ha! Forgive me for keeping you waiting. Just that, some grounds had to be covered first. At least now, you know the symptoms and effects of stress. So, the drive and desire to get rid of stress has been rightly established.

Fine, we get it. Can you begin already?

Ha-ha! Sure, I can.

Here are some stress relief tips you could use in coping with stress:

  1. Identify the Stress’ source

Trust me, doing this would automatically and ultimately cause things to be easy. Managing stress becomes much easier when you have a clear vision of the root source or cause of what gives rise to your stress. That way, you tackle it head-on, taking it by the horns, and forcing it to submit to your will and control. Identifying the problem only makes applying the solution much easier and effective. Imagine having all the solution at your fingertip and trying to match each to an ‘unknown’ problem.  Tell me, how would that work out? Before you can move forward, this step must be well taken. Isolate yourself during your ‘Me-time’ and jot down contributors to your feelings of stress. Once these are identified, you can take actions to help you cope with stress.

  1. Laugh More – Engage in humorous activities

Laughter sure does a lot in healing old wounds and stirring to life that dying positivity that seems dead already. Engaging in humorous activities releases the brain chemical, endorphins, that plays the role of enhancing your mood. As a result, lightening the stress burden upon your body. Furthermore, as with many other physicians, Patch Adams upholds a belief that humor can positively stimulate recovery from illnesses and surgeries. Likewise, the relief of stress. Aside that fact, research has proven humor and laughter as an efficient way to reduce stress. As these two, have the power to improve one’s mood and emotional state. In addition, they tend to decrease tension between your bodily tissues (e.g. muscle tissues) to induce an immediate form of relaxation.

  1. Nourish Yourself Properly

Eating properly is a vital and most effective method of reducing stress. Your body requires proper maintenance and care to successfully tackle stress. One must ensure a properly fueled, healthy, strong, and happy body to take stress head-on and triumph over it. Believe it or not, the body’s natural state is a victim to the disturbances that stress levies upon it. Therefore, your body has an unfathomed effect on creating and reducing stress. So, for your own good, be disciplined and dedicated to proper nourishment. And yes, do well to eat balanced diets.
